Luther Orton was a featured speaker at the Practicing Law Institute's Intellectual Property License conference, held in San Francisco December 13-14 of 2004.

Luther's remarks opened the conference, introducing the fundamental characteristics of intellectual property to be licensed, and included discussion of principal legal issues and practical considerations.
